- Delivery Coverage
We currently ship orders to serviceable pin codes across India. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
- Processing & Transit Time
Order Processing Time All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national public holidays.
Transit Delivery Time Once dispatched, orders typically take 5 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your delivery address and location.
- Shipping Rates & Costs
Standard Shipping (All Eligible Products): We offer Free Shipping across India on our standard product range.
Special Bulky Products Certain specific products or express delivery options may incur calculated shipping rates at checkout. If applicable, exact delivery costs will be clearly displayed before you finalize payment.
- Order Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages
Incorrect Address – Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Damaged in Transit – If you receive your package in damaged condition or find the packaging tampered with, please take photos/videos before opening the parcel and reach out to our customer support team immediately.
