Cancellation Policy
We don’t have any cancellation policy, if any generic issue occurs then we will entertain the return / exchange of order.
If you have used any coupon code. Cancellation not possible.
All refund will exclude all types of shipping charges, Taxes and Duties.
Customers can cancel their order within 1 hours of placing it by emailing support@luckymobile.in with the subject line,
Cancel – order no. & get 50% refund (Only Between 10 to 5 from. Monday to Friday).
Refund amount will be credited to the Source Account.
Refund processing time is 7 to 14 Working days, and it may take up to 15 business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account.
Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If the customer request to cancel the product after shipping, 70% of the order amount will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to Source Account.
The deduction covers material, labour charges, and packaging expenses incurred by the company.
Cancellation of Delivered Products
If the cancellation is requested after delivery & within 2 hours, 80% of the order value will be charged per product for return and handling charges if a refund to the customer’s bank account is desired. Charges may vary depending on the product. Shipping charges will no refunded.
If the cancellation is requested after delivery’s next day then 90% of the order value will be charged. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Refund will be initiated after we will get the product back to our Address
